Practical CSS style guide

I love Will Jessup’s suggestion for creating a style guide for your site. (Note: This is the archived post on Way Back Machine.)
I think the most confusing part would be figuring out which of your styles you should include in the style guide. You would need to figure out a way to include container styles too.
But hey, it looks like a useful thing to include in your documentation. (What?! Useful documentation? No way!)
